MetaFit: HIIT Training

An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until 29 March, 2024
Join Karen Varma for a 30 minute session of high intensity interval training which helps burn fat, build muscle and improve stamina. Metafit is a bodyweight-only, non choreographed high intensity workout. The program was created over a decade ago by a Royal Marine Commando, in a bid to make HIIT more effective by increasing the focus on client technique, range of motion and intensity. Modifications are made when necessary so it is equally effective for all ability and fitness levels.
